Locations was good as it is near RKMP train station, literally 10-15min walk. Breakfast - probably they get from a restaurant nearby as it was provided in the room - was reasonable, choice of samosa, poha, chai etc, however the service for morning tea and breakfast was quite slow. I think they do not have their own kitchen. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Area generally felt safe, booked for a friend, a women traveller on her own - lots of shops around - busy area.

The hotel is located at a very convenient distance from the city centre and accessible via autos and cabs. The bus & railway stand is very close if you should require it. The staff is good and helpful. Check in was really quick and easy.

Staff was cooperative. We were late in night however they kept kitchen open to serve us food when we arrive the staff was very helpful and rooms were clean.
